A Wonderful California Environment
Deer, fox, bobcat, coyote, pig, turkey, opossum, raccoon, squirrel, rabbit, and even cougar have been sighted on or near the property.  The vegetation is primarily woodland consisting of live and deciduous oak, madrone, manzanita, and bay trees, including some specimen trees of each species. 

In the forest, acorn woodpeckers chatter and many other birds can be heard and seen.  Peaceful meadows can be found throughout the parcel.  A wide variety of wildflowers bloom in the spring.
